Filling In the Gap After FSU

Ok, its the Day Pew Pew and Bass leave Ferg's and move on.
Everything points to Koh staying on Ferg's so its time for Us to act if we ever want to grow aigan.

We have 4 commanders who are active, though I know of Only 2 that are on Team Speak. Lets make sure all commanders get on TS or at least try.
I will be posting a guide list for commanders that points out simply the mistakes I have seen Pew and Bass Make and my suggestions to overcome them. (other commanders have made the same mistakes but I want to point out that even those two make them)

1: Lets get a rotation / Schedule made out of which Koh Commanders will be flying their tags at what time. (You do not need to always be flying your tag if you are fallowing someone you like but rather a time frame that you will make sure that if no other commander is on there is a Koh one.)

2: Active Recruitment I and My brothers will start advertising heavily for Koh, However I will be pushing them to WvW with us but in order to do that successfully I need Us to have commanders On, in TS. Because I will simply recuit someone then ask that they join the party of a Guild mate in WvW who will then show them the joys of running in a coordinated zerg.

How will I sell them? I will sell them on fast leveling and that means they will need help but we need them if we want to turn things around in Ferg's.

I like the idea of recruiting players that need leveling or are slightly new to the game. Back when we were active the guild chat was always busy with people talking about builds or asking for help with a dungeon and I know for me personally it made getting involved in the guild much easier before I actually knew most of you.

This is a solid plan Madness and I'll try and help keep the recruits from getting killed too many times in WvW
